When ordering, an agreement on purchase is made only when Riset Adapterexperten AB has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is automatically generated. If the delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible. Riset Adapterexperten AB has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been made from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old.

2. Price

In the prices, VAT is added by 25% When confirmed, the prices can only be changed by circumstances that Riset Adapterexperten AB does not control. For example, significantly changed commodity prices, currency fluctuations or changed VAT. No handling costs are added.

3. Shipping

A shipping cost will be added to the price.

4. Payment terms

4.2 Card payment
pay with VISA or MasterCard.

5. Deliveries

Goods that are in stock are normally shipped within 2 working days after we have received your order. In cases where an item must be ordered from a supplier, the delivery time may be slightly longer. These goods are marked with order goods, and then we inform customers about the estimated delivery time. The packages are delivered by DHL and Posten.

6. Delivery delays

Sometimes delivery delays occur out of our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier cannot fulfill its delivery obligations to us. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can count on us to always notify you if deliveries drag on.

7. Transport risk

Together with our shipping partners, we are responsible for the transport risk, i.e. the risk that the product is damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You and the transport company bear the risk in the event of a return to us.

8. Damaged goods

When you receive your item, it is important that you inspect the package immediately. Should the packaging and contents be damaged, you notify your postal center or directly to the carrier. Always save the confirmation you receive that your goods are damaged. We are grateful if you let us know as soon as possible if this happens. However, no later than within a week.

9. Right of withdrawal and Open purchase

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a private customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product and without special reason. When exercising the Right of Withdrawal / Open Purchase, the customer pays for the shipping. The right of withdrawal and open purchase do not apply as goods cannot be returned in unassembled, unused and undamaged condition. Also does not apply to cut meter goods. If you get home an item that is faulty or incorrectly dispatched, we will of course pay the return shipping. Contact us and we will agree on how compensation for the return will be paid to you. The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.

10. Complaints

If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, you should contact us by e-mail or phone within a week. We have telephone hours between 9.00-15.00. Always save packaging, original carton and payment confirmation. If you are going to send a damaged item back to us, the easiest way to do so is in the packaging and packaging in which it was sent out. Riset Adapterexperten AB complies with the Consumer Purchase Act, which means a 36-month right of complaint. The right of complaint only covers original defects, i.e. defects that were in the product at the time of delivery. This does not apply in cases where we cannot find anything wrong with the product or when you caused the damage yourself. Ordinary wear and tear is not replaced.

11. Refunds

Refunds are made to your bank account or the way suggested by the customer. The refund will be made within 5 working days of us receiving and approving your return.

12. Reservations

We reserve the right to change prices as a result of large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.

Force majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control that could not reasonably be foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, which mean that we cannot keep the said agreement / commitment, shall form the basis for us being released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
